Like i was saying Double Strike i prefer it in fights with other dps such as The Butcher,who's dealing a crazy amount of dmg in team fights especially after gathering meat. Now i should ask you back,what you do with 2 talents on Eviscerate?? This build i suggest it for normal players,i've already read your thoughts far away they are at championships even dough neither you don't reach there as neither i. You are criticising two different builds in the same comparison? I don't understand how that's possible.

They are intended to do two different things. The first build is there specifically to output as much damage as possible, sacrificing all survivability for it.

This is very clearly noted below it. You take talents to deal as much damage as possible to a single priority target. That's when you take things like Double Strike, specifically to counter things like Butcher. You aim to kill them in one stun by ensuring your team focuses them alongside you. This is exactly what the guide says, what you say and then you say the guide is completely wrong. The second build, with the range and healing talent are never meant to be taken against things like the Butcher.

That's the whole point of the build. I really don't understand. The second build is to be used to stick to ranged targets that can kite you and slowly kill you, with roots or jumps. Definitely not a hero like the Butcher. Calling the guide "such a poor guide" and then attacking a specific build for its ability to counter a hero it was never meant to counter is just downright ridiculous, especially when another talent build is listed next to it already that is for said hero.

Just because someone is a normal player, doesn't mean they need to use a sub-par talent. If anything, taking Overdrive is even worse for the normal player, because you lose any survivability from the other two choices. So actually, your choice of Overdrive would belong with the pro players that have pro supports to save them.

Here's a pretty good build I just stole from someone posting it in Blizzard's official HotS forums. I gave it a try myself, it's a lot better than the old Ravage build which has been literally "ravaged" after the last nerfs.

It's pretty good - though she's still a kind of niche hero. This worked well for me in Tomb. This helps a lot in making you tanky. You can see it as a form of sustain - the typical "lifesteal sustain" restores some of your health as long as you keep attacking something. That kind of negates some of the damage you're taking, which is exactly the same thing this talent does. But given that you're a melee hero with the ability to dive into the enemy you're bound to get attacked anyway and this will serve its purpose.

This not only helps in waveclearing, for no manacost whatsoever - this also HELPS BUILDING UP YOUR SHIELDS VERY FAST. You have to hurt enemies with your attacks and spells. If you're in lane, you're just hitting minions with cleave, you're clearing waves but also building up your shields in the process. This is obviously handy in preparation for diving at an enemy where you might get hurt.

This combined with the fact that you're damaging several minions at once with each Cleave attack improves the duration of your Assimilation Shields and your health and mana regen along with it. It works better than Maelstrom in that for that one you have to be really close to a bunch of enemies for that to work, and they can get away with an escape mech or whatever.

If your pet does not reach an enemy in time, you could at least order it to clear a lane or attack an enemy tower or other structure meaning it doesn't completely go to waste. Buffs some of your attack damage now that you have buffed your survivability to a decent amount. Any of the talent choices at this tier seems fine. This is not really a build-related question, but why would you ever pick Kerrigan over Alarak? There's pretty much only 1 viable build for Kerrigan right now, with some optional talent choices:.

Lv 1: Either Sharpened Blade or Block. Block is good against hard-hittig AA like Butcher, Stukov, Greymane, etc; while being useless against fast AA like Tracer, Tychus, Genji.

Lv 4: Fury of the Swarm is the only choice. It significantly improves your waveclear and merc clear, while helping you building up your shield if a team fight is going to happen nearby. The other choices are either extremely underwhelming, or making zero sense at all. Lv 7: Bladed Momentum should be the go-to choice. It vastly improves your merc clear to the point that you're one of the best mercenary camp claimer in the game. Some people opted for Assimilation Mastery for mana sustain, but you don't really need it if you have better MANAgement.

Lv Maelstorm is the choice here. The damage is not something spectacular, but it forces the enemy backliners to move away from it, making you easier to predict their movement and hit your combo. Ultralisk is better for split-pushing, but it really doesn't do much until you get the upgrade at lv Lv Double Strike is too powerful to give up.

It also allows you to clear camp much faster. Lv You can choise between Aggressive Defense and Essence for Essence. Aggressive Defense makes you much tankier, while Essence for Essence provides a respectable amiunt of on-demand burst damage. Take what you need based on your situation. Lv I've seen a lot of different opinions for this tier, but I usually prefer Psionic Shift.

I sometimes go for Maelstorm upgrade if I need to be a tanky frontliner, or the enemy team has a melee heavy comp. This guide's builds are really horrible, especially the Ravage build.

This makes zero sense on Kerrigan, whose kit is based around landing a high-damage combo after engaging. You ain't gonna kill anyone after you use Ravage on them in 1. Siphoning Impact can be a good talent choice in maps where fights happen far from the wave, and there is not much waveclear involved, such as Battlefield of Eternity, Hanamura Temple, Alterac Pass and Cursed Hollow. It is important to note that this shield is increased by the extra Spell Power provided by Unbridled Energy. Assimilation Mastery provides Kerrigan a solid amount of shield via Assimilation anytime she is under the effects of a Regeneration Globe.

She is also granted bonus Health and Mana regeneration as long as Assimilation is active. This Talent brings no additional damage to Kerrigan's kit, and not enough sustain in fights when compared with Siphoning Impact. Therefore, we do not recommend Assimilation Mastery.

Fury of the Swarm is a great source of Assimilation shielding alongside the newfound splash damage on Kerrigan's basic attacks after casting Ravage. The splash damage is phenomenal for clearing Minion waves, especially during the early game when Kerrigan will be roaming from lane to lane looking for an opportunity to gank. The splash damage also helps to quickly stack up additional burst damage for Kinetic Fulmination.

Quest: Minions and Heroes that die within 1. Minions grant 1 increased damage and Heroes grant 5 increased damage. Reward: After reaching a 75 damage increase, Ravage gains 50 additional damage. Primal Grasp explodes a second time 2 seconds after its first explosion. Sharpened Blades solely increases the base damage of Ravage through a Quest mechanic that relies on farming kills on enemy Minions and Heroes. The quest can take some time to complete, as Kerrigan will need to kill 75 minions within 1.

When utilizing the Ravage Build, it is very important for Kerrigan to try and finish this quest as quickly as possible as it will provide a nice spike in damage once completed. When fully stacked, Kinetic Fulmination causes Impaling Blades to deal a massive amount of burst damage. One of the fastest ways to stack up applications of Kinetic Fulmination is by pairing this Talent with Fury of the Swarm at Level 1.

Kerrigan can gather applications off of minion waves very easily before heading into a skirmish or teamfight to quickly burst down a hero. Kerrigan can keep up her applications of Kinetic Fulmination when traveling between lanes by Basic Attacking Mercenary Camps or enemy structures such as left over walls or Fountains. Psionic Pulse is the core element behind a successful Primal Grasp build.

It can deal an amazing amount of AoE damage upon initiation and after sticking to an enemy Hero. Keep in mind it takes 4. Hitting an enemy Hero with Ravage grants a charge of Ravage. Can only occur once every 10 seconds per Hero. Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes reduce the cooldown of Kerrigan's Basic Abilities by 0. Queen of Blades adds a good amount of extra damage against Minions and Mercenaries, which speeds up Sharpened Blades 's completion.

However, the Cooldown Reduction part of the Talent cannot compete with Boundless Fury 's extra Ravage 's charges, being overshadowed by it. Boundless Fury grants Kerrigan an additional charge of Ravage after striking an enemy Hero with Ravage. It is important to note that the "Cooldown" of Boundless Fury is separate from that of the recharges for Ravage. This means that upon Kerrigan's first use of Ravage, her Ravage charge Cooldown will not begin.

Kerrigan should therefore use her first two casts of Ravage consecutively if her goal is to put out as much damage as possible without consideration of Ravage's potential for strategic mobility. Bladed Momentum significantly reduces the Cooldowns of Kerrigan's abilities as she strikes enemy targets with her Basic Attacks. This is a good talent, as Kerrigan's primary strength lies in her ability to perform a devastating combo of Ravage , Primal Grasp , and Impaling Blades to deal massive amounts of damage to an isolated target.

Lasts for 7 seconds. After 0. Reactivate to retarget the Ultralisk. Maelstrom deals plenty of AoE damage although its primary purpose should be to generate shields from Assimilation.

The damage per second element of Maelstrom is very slow, and does not seem to fit too well with Kerrigan's high burst kit. Kerrigan's main objective is to dive the enemy backline. The additional shield generated by Maelstrom via Assimilation is integral to Kerrigan's survival.

Try to keep in mind that Maelstrom's main purpose is not to deal team wide damage, and players should not sacrifice single target focus to try and position themselves within multiple enemies, unless the situation allows for it. Summon Ultralisk is great for harassing one or a couple of enemy heroes and zoning them away from teamfights or objectives. Psionic Barrier is a situational talent that will sometimes find use against Spell Power heavy team compositions that rely on coordinated focus-fire to take down a hero.

Assuming Kerrigan is not able to land her Primal Grasp ability on multiple targets, the Talent does take take to ramp up needing to be refreshed by each application of Primal Grasp damage. This Spell Armor definitely runs risk of falling off and reseting completely should Kerrigan be unable to stick to her desired targets.

It is only useful with Psionic Pulse , because it will have a much higher duration and armor. Volatile Power is a go-to defensive Talent for Kerrigan that will significantly increase her ability to stay alive during encounters through an increase in Assimilation shield. Volatile Power also performs very well with any one of Kerrigan's Level 1 Talent options and will help to mitigate all sources of damage unlike Psionic Barrier.

Chrysalis is a great option when Kerrigan is against heavy burst damage, since it will mitigate some of that, allowing her to survive and come back to the fight with higher health.

Mounting Potency takes a lot of time to ramp-up within a teamfight, and can easily fall off when not careful. This Talent is completely overshadowed by Unbridled Energy , because it would only be better in fights where your Heroic Ability is on cooldown and it will be better to not fight in this scenario.

Kerrigan is easily able to utilize all 6 applications of Painful Spikes on an enemy target as it is triggered by any source of damage, including her Heroic Abilities Maelstrom and Summon Ultralisk.
